The Blue Whale-Z1000 is a multifunctional integrated system specifically designed for lighthouse power supply, composed of a multi-environment power control host, an integrated heat exchanger cabinet, long-life cycle lithium batteries, and other components, forming a B+ class energy integration system. The system adopts a modular design, standardized interfaces, module-free wiring, supports hot swapping, and is simple and convenient to operate during on-site maintenance and replacement.
Adapt to various power supply needs of lighthouses in different scenarios
Innovative architecture design supports multiple energy access methods such as solar energy + grid power, solar energy + diesel generator, and grid power + energy storage, suitable for different power supply conditions of lighthouses. The system is customized for lighthouses with multiple AC and DC power supply standards (220VAC, 12VDC, 24VDC, 48VDC), fully meeting the power supply needs of lighthouses.
Integrated cabinet installation
Using integrated cabinet installation, it incorporates a thermal exchange temperature control system, with both equipment and batteries installed in the cabinet, ensuring a stable working environment for the equipment, enhancing stability; improving salt mist protection level, and extending equipment lifespan.
The built-in multi-environment monitoring system can monitor environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and intrusion in real-time, and automatically trigger remote alarms when monitoring parameters exceed limits.
Solar Energy Module
Utilizing solar energy maximum power tracking technology, the charging unit tracks the maximum power point of solar energy, effectively improving photovoltaic charging efficiency.
Lithium Battery Intelligent Management
The system has independent charge and discharge management functions. When the battery is fully charged, the system disconnects the charging input. When the battery discharges to a set threshold, the system reactivates charging, preventing overcharging and extending the battery's lifespan.
The system is compatible with charging management functions for lead-acid batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries, allowing users to choose battery management configurations based on their needs.
The system is equipped with charging capacity calculation functions, capable of real-time monitoring of charging voltage, charging current, cumulative charging time, and battery capacity information.
Remote monitoring function
The system supports Y-NetEco remote communication system and short-range operation and maintenance display screen functions, supporting BDS/CDMA/GPRS/NB-IoT and other remote communications.
Generator Management Module
The system can optionally include a generator management module, which allows for manual remote startup of the generator for power generation in the event of city power or solar energy failure alarms. The module is equipped with a monitoring unit that can remotely monitor the operational status of the generator in real time.
Customizable Energy Application Mode
Users can independently choose the priority mode for city power or solar energy supply, improving photovoltaic energy utilization and reducing carbon emissions. When the system's energy cannot meet the power supply conditions, the system issues an alarm. At this time, the generator can be started remotely to provide power.
