The Coral Series Rotomolded Light Beacon is a new type of composite light beacon independently developed by Tenyn Ocean Company. It consists of an internal high-strength steel frame, an external rotomolded cylinder, a maintenance platform, a high-visibility guardrail, a ladder, an anti-theft door, and a lightning rod. The structure is robust, capable of withstanding a Category 17 typhoon, and can endure strong wave impacts. It is widely used in various harsh environments such as islands, reefs, capes, ports, and breakwaters.

FEATURES

The cylinder and framework are both modular designs, composed of multiple individual pieces connected by bolts, allowing for manual installation without the aid of large mechanical equipment.

 

The high-strength framework is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, enhancing its weather resistance and corrosion resistance. Combined with the socket-type cylinder structure, the overall assembly is extremely robust.

 

The cylinder is made of linear low-density polyethylene material, characterized by high UV resistance, strong toughness, and corrosion resistance. After 10 years of use, the surface color of the light beacon still meets IALA standards and can withstand the impact of strong waves.

 

The cylindrical material is inherently colored, eliminating the need for painting. Additionally, the production process of the light beacon is green, environmentally friendly, and pollution-free. The overall material of the light beacon is highly efficient, eco-friendly, and recyclable.
