SMART TECHNOLOGY
Starfish Series Data Buoys adopts advanced manufacturing technology and processes, using linear low-density polyethylene material, applied to buoy body, shape, top mark, and other parts, fully utilizing the excellent performance of the material. The product's structural design is reasonable, sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing, with excellent visual effects, enhancing navigational performance and providing strong support for the safety of ship navigation.
FEATURES
The Starfish 55A data monitoring buoy is integrally formed using rotational molding technology, which provides good toughness. It will not crack or undergo severe deformation when thrown into the water from a high altitude.
The rotational molding parts use linear low-density polyethylene material. The color of the fnished product meets the industry standards of the IALA association. After 20000h of UV Rating testing according to ASTM 2565 standards, its chromaticity value is still within the IALA standard range.
The filler inside the buoy is a two-component polyurethane material. This material has a closed-cell rate greater than 90%, ensuring that the buoy will not sink due to due to the absorption of water by the filler and sinking, affecting navigation safety.
The rotational molding parts are colored inherently, no need for painting, and the buoy production process is green, environmentally friendly, and pollution-free. The overall material of the buoy is highly efficient and environmentally friendly, and can be recycled and reused.
The ring handle design facilitates gripping and carrying, allowing four people to hold on and stay afloat.
It is equipped with a built-in 180° hemispherical omnidirectional stereoscopic light with a range of 1 nautical mile, enabling search vessels and aircraft to observe the light and quickly lock onto the target.
Built-in Beidou + AMRD remote communication module, allowing management personnel to obtain real-time buoy dynamics from any location via Beidou communication; The built-in AMRD module can broadcast buoy position information to nearby ships and base stations, with an effective range of 5 nautical miles and a transmission interval of 10 minutes.
