SMART TECHNOLOGY
The buoy consists of a float body (compartment), tail pipe, balance weight, and light bracket.
The float body and tail pipe are formed from CCSB shipbuilding structural steel and welded together. The balance weight is made of HT200, which is easy to manufacture and has good corrosion resistance. The light bracket is composed of welded hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, which have good corrosion resistance.
The float body is welded together from upper and lower end caps, cylinder body, bulkheads, etc., and is divided into four sealed chambers. Even if two sealed chambers are damaged and take on water, the buoy will still remain afloat and will not sink. Three lifting lugs are arranged in a circular manner on the upper and lower parts of the buoy for hoisting and connecting the saddle chain, with an additional chain ring set at the bottom for single chain connection. Two anode zinc blocks are installed to protect the buoy.
The color and thickness of the surface paint can be executed according to customer requirements.
