SMART TECHNOLOGY
Starfish Series Data Buoys adopts advanced manufacturing technology and processes, using linear low-density polyethylene material, applied to buoy body, shape, top mark, and other parts, fully utilizing the excellent performance of the material. The product's structural design is reasonable, sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing, with excellent visual effects, enhancing navigational performance and providing strong support for the safety of ship navigation.
FEATURES
The Starfish-180B model data buoy is mainly composed of a 316L stainless steel frame, a rotationally molded main body module, a large-capacity lithium battery pack, and solar panels. It can operate for extended periods and can be equipped with multiple environmental monitoring devices. It is suitable for use in marine ranches, water sources, and other water areas that require hydrological, meteorological, and water quality monitoring.
The main frame material is 316L stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance in environments with high salt content, such as sea fog and seawater, and can be used under harsh conditions.
The rotational molding parts use linear low-density polyethylene material. The color of the fnished product meets the industry standards of the IALA association. After 20000h of UV Rating testing according to ASTM 2565 standards, its chromaticity value is still within the IALA standard range.
The filler inside the buoy is a two-component polyurethane material. This material has a closed-cell rate greater than 90%, ensuring that the buoy will not sink due to due to the absorption of water by the filler and sinking, affecting navigation safety.
Modular combination design, key parts are reinforced by structural design and advanced manufacturing processes. When a module is damaged,it can be replaced on-site, simply and quickly.
The rotational molding parts are colored inherently, no need for painting, and the buoy production process is green, environmentally friendly, and pollution-free. The overall material of the buoy is highly efficient and environmentally friendly, and can be recycled and reused.
Optional monitoring equipment: dry-end monitoring equipment (meteorological instruments, anemometers, visibility meters, intelligent image navigation Beacon Light, Wave Meter, Electronic Compass), Wet-End Monitoring Equipment (Doppler Current Profler, Doppler Single Point Current Meter, Echo Sounder, Multi-parameter Water Quality Instrument, Oil Spill Sensor).
