The Sea Lion series rotationally molded buoy marker vessels have a large visible area and good stability, making them suitable for inland waterways with turbulent currents and significant water level differences.
The Sea Lion series rotationally molded buoy marker vessels are mainly composed of three parts: the float, the keel frame, and the deck.
The float is made of linear low-density polyethylene material, with the finished product's color meeting national standards. After 20,000 hours of UV Rating testing according to ASTM 2565 standards, its chromaticity coordinates remain within the national standard range. The float is designed with a fully enclosed hollow structure, providing the buoy marker vessel with excellent load-bearing capacity. This design further enhances the ability to absorb impact forces, reducing damage to the buoy marker vessel caused by collisions and ensuring the safety of personnel on board.
The keel frame can be made of S30408 stainless steel or galvanized carbon steel, designed into a truss structure with strong stability. The integrated structure connected by bolts allows the keel frame to withstand external stress while the float provides buoyancy when the buoy marker vessel is in operation, effectively extending the service life of the float.
On top of the float, a deck layer has been added. The material used for the deck layer is the same as that of the float (linear low-density polyethylene). Through reasonable structural design and the adoption of verified rotational molding process specifications, the deck surface is made flat and non-slip, enhancing the safety performance for personnel working on the buoy marker vessel. It also protects the float, making it less prone to deformation.
Modular design allows for easy assembly and disassembly. Damaged modules can be replaced on-site.
The production process of the buoy marker vessel is environmentally friendly and pollution-free; the overall materials are efficient, eco-friendly, and recyclable.
