SMART TECHNOLOGY
The main steel structure of the lantern is made of 316L stainless steel, with a polished surface or coated according to user requirements. The light-transmitting glass is made of double-layer laminated tempered glass, and high-strength fasteners are used for connections between components.
The solar panel is installed inside the lantern to avoid damage from wind and wave impact loads, thereby ensuring the energy supply of the light. Even in extremely harsh operating conditions on offshore reefs, it can ensure navigation assistance performance.
The lantern adopts a modular design, facilitating transportation, installation, and maintenance.
The lantern is equipped with structures for ventilation, rain protection, and insect prevention. An external guardrail is installed to ensure the safety of personnel operating outside the lantern.
Depending on the installation site and transportation conditions, the lantern can be delivered as a whole or prefabricated in the factory and assembled (welded) on-site. The lantern base flange and maintenance platform are connected by bolts. The lantern features high strength, corrosion resistance, good stability, easy installation, and simple maintenance. It has a simple and elegant appearance, can withstand 17-level wind and waves, and is suitable for various operating conditions and marine areas.
